Adecco Medical is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for our amazing non-profit Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility in Everett, WA. We are seeking someone who is a true leader - someone who can inspire those around them to do and be their best to help develop a cohesive team. Qualifications:

  • BSN

  • Unencumbered Washington RN license

  • 2+ years of experience as an RN

  • 2+ years of experience in an SNF

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience

What you'll do:

  • Assist with planning and ongoing education of staff, as well as conducting staff orientation.

  • Utilize strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between teams.

  • Ensure all Infection Control precautions and trainings are done to avoid potential exposure.

  • Support DON and Administrator in ensuring quality care of all residents.

  • Other duties as directed by the DON or Administrator.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

  • NO On-Call

  • Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary of up to $140k

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, life, and STD, and 403b benefits available 1 st of the month after 30 days

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
