Adecco Medical is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for our amazing non-profit Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility in Everett, WA. Qualifications:
BSN
Unencumbered Washington RN license
2+ years of experience as an RN
2+ years of experience in an SNF
2+ years of supervisory experience
What you'll do:
Assist with planning and ongoing education of staff, as well as conducting staff orientation.
Utilize strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between teams.
Ensure all Infection Control precautions and trainings are done to avoid potential exposure.
Support DON and Administrator in ensuring quality care of all residents.
Other duties as directed by the DON or Administrator.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
NO On-Call
Rare weekend coverage / survey coverage.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary of up to $140k

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
