Customer Service Agent

Location: Elmsford, NY

Job Type: On-Site

Salary: $18 -$20 hr.

Job Description:

In this high-volume call environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring a customers receive the support they need, while also fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products and services that best suit their needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust through exceptional service.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues.

  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM software, following company data management policies.

  • Collaborate closely with fellow Client Support Representatives and internal teams to achieve shared goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Some experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
