Adecco US, Inc. Research & Development Assistant Manager in Effingham, South Carolina
Olsten staffing is assisting a well-established company in the Effingham SC area in the search for an experienced and eager Research and Development Assistant Manager. The R&D assistant manager will assist with product development using the research lab and manufacturing facilities equipment to meet project deliverables.

Monday-Friday
8Am-5PM
Responsibilities:
• Detailed documentation flavor systems, process development and testing according to department protocol.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance on critical product attributes and process controls.
• Manage Inventory and upkeep of R&D lab ingredients & equipment
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as federal and state laws, legal documents, safety rules,
• Ability to perform advanced calculations and formulas.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PDF files along with the ability to learn and apply new Software.
Qualifications:
• Associate Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years' experience of managing flavor system and product development in food manufacturing. Preferably in canning process facility.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $29.00 per hour
