Adecco, a leading recruiting firm, is assisting a premier manufacturer in the search for an Inside Sales Representative. This company specializes in producing premium films for flexible packaging and thermal laminating applications, known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the industry.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in territory management, driving proactive inside sales initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the order process. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships while also forging new connections to expand the company's customer base.
Manage assigned territories effectively to meet sales targets and objectives.
Conduct proactive inside sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to coordinate order processing and fulfillment.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Associate's Degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience with in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously develop skills within the Sales Department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
This position is based in Darien, WI, offering an easy commute from the Janesville or Lake Geneva areas. Position offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
