Adecco US, Inc. Warehouse Packer in Dalton, Georgia

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently packing orders for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping instructions

  • Ensure that all orders are packed correctly and securely to prevent damage during transit

  • Scan packages and affix proper shipping labels

  • Load gaylords as needed

  • Perform data entry tasks as required, including entering order information into the warehouse management system

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 48 lbs.

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills

Physical Demands:

  • Standing, sitting and walking

  • Bending, stooping, and reaching

  • Lifting and carrying up to 48 lbs.

Work Environment:

  • Quiet warehouse environment with comfortable climate control

Wage:

$10 per hour

Pay Details: $10.00 per week
