Adecco US, Inc. Geodis Logistics BBW Shift D 6pm 6am Fri Sun in Dallas, Texas
Looking for a Cycle Counter/Cherry Picker Operator position in the Dallas, TX area. A resume is required for the forklift assessment and interview.
Shift is 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday and the pay rate is $20.97/hr.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
Complies, verifies and reports daily and/ or periodic statistical information aimed at detecting trends to improve and maintain the overall health of inventory.
Researched variances to determine appropriate root cause whether process or behavior and logs the information for operational review.
Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and or locations.
Assist in execution of projects as well, makes recommendations for process improvement to the appropriate leaders.
Use inventory management systems and tools to perform accurate counts and record data.
Collaborate with other departments to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in inventory audits and yearend inventory audits and yearend inventory audits.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Cherry picker experience. Assessments will be required.
Minimum 6 months related experience and or training.
PC literate with experience with Microsoft outlook, word and excel.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safely rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to research, track issues through WMS system and make logical conclusions as to the root cause defects.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must be able to accurately count and record key data in WMS or other systems.
Pay Details: $20.97 per hour
