Overview: We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role is crucial to our operations, involving the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of equipment on our production line.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Excellent time management skills

• Strong mechanical skills and comfort with using tools to perform basic repairs

• Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures (health/food/safety)

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and reaching for extended periods

• Capable of climbing stairs multiple times a day and lifting from ground to waist-high and waist to shoulder-high levels throughout shifts

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery on the production line according to established procedures

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work area regularly

• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality

• Set up manufacturing equipment as needed

• Conduct routine inspections and assessments of machinery

• Evaluate equipment efficiency and recommend improvements

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Maintain attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operational issues

• Assist with general cleaning and sanitation of the production facility

• Monitor and regulate packaging and palletizing equipment for efficient production

• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

• Handle potential allergens with care and follow established protocols

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
