Adecco US, Inc. HR Coordinator - Customer Service in Columbus, Ohio

Adecco Creative and Marketing has parterned with discount retail chain in Columbus, Oh. We are looking for an HR Coordinator to help cover a backlog of open tickets. This contract assignment will be for 4-6 weeks. The person would mainly be helping with coverage of a back log of HR case managment tickets.

MUST be local to Columbus, Oh and able to work a 4-6 week assignment.

Responsilbities and Qualifications:

  • Looking for someone with a call center background, previous supervisory experience in call center would be preferred.

  • Previous CRM or case management experience needed.

  • Strong customer needed, proficient with Excel (pivot tables etc).

  • This person will help with our new CRM tool and workflow coordination.

  • High School Diploma or Equivilant

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
