Adecco US, Inc. HR Coordinator - Customer Service in Columbus, Ohio
Adecco Creative and Marketing has parterned with discount retail chain in Columbus, Oh. We are looking for an HR Coordinator to help cover a backlog of open tickets. This contract assignment will be for 4-6 weeks. The person would mainly be helping with coverage of a back log of HR case managment tickets.
MUST be local to Columbus, Oh and able to work a 4-6 week assignment.
Responsilbities and Qualifications:
Looking for someone with a call center background, previous supervisory experience in call center would be preferred.
Previous CRM or case management experience needed.
Strong customer needed, proficient with Excel (pivot tables etc).
This person will help with our new CRM tool and workflow coordination.
High School Diploma or Equivilant
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
