Shipping and Receiving Laborer

About the Role:
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling daily delivery, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipment of component boxes and materials. You'll ensure accuracy in product packaging, collaborate closely with team members to resolve shipping challenges, and utilize hand and power tools to disassemble components effectively.
What You'll Do:
Perform medium-level manual labor with meticulous attention to detail.
Follow precise instructions and procedures to maintain operational consistency.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace according to 5S standards.
Coordinate production schedules accurately for seamless order processing.
Operate within SOPs and JSAs to uphold safety protocols.
Manage inbound product receiving and efficiently process customer orders.
Utilize computer systems for processing FedEx, UPS, and LTL shipments.
Safely unload shipments using pallet jacks or forklifts.
Input daily receipts into databases promptly and accurately.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanics and machine testing procedures.
Experience with hand tools and forklift operation.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform repetitive tasks.
Proficiency in basic reading, writing, and arithmetic.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
