Responsibilities:

· Accounting All-Star: Maintain all assigned records, prepare daily entries, and monitor accounts with meticulous accuracy.

· Process Improvement Pro: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and integrate new accounting systems.

· Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal accounting policies.

· Reconciliation Master: Reconcile complex accounts and resolve outstanding issues.

· Reporting Rockstar: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.

· Communication Champion: Clearly explain accounting data and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Accounting Savvy: bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA, CMA a plus).

· GAAP Guru: Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel, Word, and eager to learn new accounting systems.

· Communication Maestro: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.

· Problem-Solving Pro: Apply critical thinking to analyze situations and identify solutions.

Note:

This role is On-site; thus, open to in/around/near Cincinnati, OH.

Pay Details: $23.33 per hour
