Adecco US, Inc. Beverage Server in Cheyenne, Wyoming

Job Summary:

Multiple shifts available

Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for Beverage Servers, offering a competitive pay rate of $9.00/hr. Beverage Servers are responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving beverages to patrons in a timely and professional manner. Two shifts are available.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take beverage orders.

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including alcohol, according to standard recipes.

  • Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and delivered to customers promptly.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables, counters, and bar areas.

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and provide accurate change.

  • Check customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements.

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Restock supplies and beverages as needed.

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.

  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and serving techniques.

  • Ability to obtain a gaming license as needed from the Wyoming Gaming Commission.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous experience as a beverage server or in a similar role preferred.

  • Must be 21 or older and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel.

  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.

Pay Details: $9.00 per hour
