Summary
The Team Manager (TM) is responsible for managing the day-by-day activities of an interdisciplinary team including supervision, resource management, scheduling, and assignments. The TM ensures that all patient care is provided in accordance with established organizational procedures and regulatory requirements. The TM aids in recruitment process, develops, supervises, and trains clinical staff. The TM ensures exceptional care through the professional development and coaching of staff as well as ensures adherence to clinical documentation expectations. The TM also actively participates in ongoing process improvement.
Also, but no limited to:
-Send staff emails in the morning updating them of admissions, overnight notes, triage's, etc.
-Conduct Bi-Weekly meetings with teams to go over details with patients
-Manage teams consisting of Social Workers, RN's, NA's, and LPN's.
-Partner with admissions and intake teams to process paperwork
Pay Details: $84,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
