Adecco US, Inc. File Clerk/Receptionist in Charleston, West Virginia

Adecco is assisting a local law firm in recruiting for a File Clerk/Receptionist opening in Charleston, WV. This is for a contract-to-hire opportunity. As a File Clerk/Receptionist, you will perform a variety of duties according to established policies and procedures. Duties will include performing mail center activities, copying, filing, scanning, printing and packet assembly. Will also be responsible for handling a multi-line telephone system and performing data entry tasks.

Ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and detail oriented. Must be a team player, show initiative, possess strong communication skills, and be able to interact professionally with all internal and external clients and co-workers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required (at least one year of experience). Prior experience working in a legal office is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

Pay for this position starts between $13 - $14 /hour (DOE) and the position works Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

Pay Details: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour
