Adecco is assisting a great client recruiting for Assemblers in Carlsbad, Ca. These jobs are temp to hire opportunities! We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our 2nd shift team. Please apply today if you meet the below requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive manual tasks related to the assembly of cables, parts, components, printed circuit boards, and whole units.
Prep materials for assembly processes.
Use soldering equipment to solder printed circuit boards, wires, and cables.
Crimp, label, and package products according to specifications.
Use power tools to assemble units accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all products meet quality standards.
Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to complete tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in using power tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
