Adecco US, Inc. Life Claim Examiner in Canton, Massachusetts

Adecco Staffing is working with an insurance company in Canton. We are looking for an experienced Life Claim Examiner. This is a temp to hire role for 6 months, with 4 days in office and 1 day remote!

Pay Rate Range: $22.00/hr - $ 24.00/hr

Schedule(s)/Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday

Position Title: Life Claim Examiner

Job Responsibilites

  1. Manager assigned caseload of life insureance claims and ensures the accuracy and completeness of submitted claims

  2. Processes assigned claims for payment or denial in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meeting departmental quality/production standards.

  3. Review and process claims, evaluate medical records, and request additional information when needed

  4. Obtains claim information by communicating effectively with internal/external stakeholders verbally and in written form while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Job Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of life/medical claims experience required.

  2. Strong organizational skills

  3. Strong computer skills using MS Office.

  4. Accounting & Billing experience requried!

  5. Insurance knowledge is a plus.

  6. High School Diploma

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
