Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Representative in Caguas, Puerto Rico

FUNCIONES & RESPONSABILIDADES

  1. Coordinar todas las entregas de ventas locales a clientes con logística/transporte y exportaciones con "booking"/ líneas marítimas, con el proceso de documentación que corresponda (facturas comerciales SAP, "packing slips", etc.).

  2. Atender todas las órdenes de venta a clientes de manera oportuna cumpliendo con las fechas solicitadas/acordadas con servicio al cliente.

  3. Administrar en SURI toda información requerida para importación y exportación, detectando incidencias a tiempo y reportando a quien corresponda para evitar multas o sobrecargos.

Requisitos:

  1. Poseer una Carrera Técnica (Grado Asociado preferiblemente)

  2. Servicio al Cliente

  3. Manejo de Conflictos

  4. Excelentes Relaciones interpersonales

  5. Dominio Microsoft Excel Avanzado, SAP

  6. Bilingue

Pay Details: $9.50 to $16.00 per hour
