Adecco US, Inc. Master Electrician or Journeyman needed! in Cabot, Vermont

We are hiring for Journeyman/Electrician for our client located in Cabot. Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment as well as the installation of new electrical, building and equipment projects. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance to ensure there are minimal disruptions to production. Work is not limited to only electrical duties but also may include some mechanical work as needed.

The primary purpose of the Journeyman Electrician will be to maintain existing operation, and work as a team to achieve the long term goals of the plant and company, to help trouble shoot and come up with innovative ideas to solve problems, and to train Maintenance employees and Apprentices.

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent troubleshooting ability as well as making repairs safely, timely and accurately.

  • Experience as an electrician working in an industrial environment.

  • Strong safety record and awareness.

  • Ambition to learn and mentor others working both independently and as a strong team member.

  • Requires the ability to work independently and as a team member, multi-task, possess a strong attention to detail, and good communication and computer skills are essential.

Position requires a High School diploma or GED w/4 years' experience as an electrician working in an industrial environment. A Journeymen or Master Electrician preferred. Flexibility to work weekend and holiday rotations is required.

Pay Details: $34.98 per hour
