Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Birmingham, Alabama! This role is on site / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Four-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay: $21.68 to $ 23.68 an hour

Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician :

· Use multiple computer systems to obtain pharmacy orders, compare to order received and produce mailing labels

· Utilize the best method for product packing and shipping based on standard procedures to include type of packaging, unique conditions (i.e. refrigeration), etc. to ensure safe and secure delivery

· Prepare manual prescription orders by verifying information, pulling appropriate prescription drugs from inventory and complete necessary scanning and packaging as necessary

· Maintain various machines and equipment (e.g. IPD machines, auto packing machines)

Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician :

· High School Graduate or GED

· Pharmacy Technician License in Alabama, active and in good standing
