High School Diploma or GED
1+ years' quality experience
Ability to perform basic computerized time clock data entry
Ability to use basic measurement equipment and techniques preferred
Ability to read blueprints preferred
Working knowledge of metrology tools preferred
General knowledge of GD&T preferred
Knowledge of SPC (statistical process control) preferred
ISO experience preferred
Verbal and auditory capacity, with or without assistance, enabling interpersonal communication and communication through automated devices like the telephone
Usual office and production environment this involves frequent sitting and occasional standing, walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and balancing
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Follow Process Instructions (Pl) to check measurements for accuracy within a timely manner for multiple departments
Perform tasks with metrology equipment
Use Blueprint drawings to perform First Article inspections
Work with Quality Department Manager to improve quality checks and processes and report discrepancies with PI's
Inform department manager of an in-process inspection that does not fit tolerances
Complete auditing tasks including proper documentation per ISO 900 I standards
Follow and practice safety procedures
Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned as needed
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
