Title: Production Associate - Days or Nights
Pay: 18.00/hr base pay rate
Night Differential: $1.50/hr,
Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr

Days: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm - Days vary
Nights: 7:00 pm to 5:00 am - Days vary

Temp-to-Hire
What you will do:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the correct items are included and packaged appropriately.
Work in a cold environment, average temperature around 36 to 37 degrees.
Properly handle food products and prep for storage in a sterile environment.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelving and storage areas.
Use handheld scanners or other devices to track inventory and ensure accuracy of orders.
Communicate with other warehouse team members to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be reliable and show up to work for your shift on time.
Must be able to work in a cold environment while wearing proper PPE (PPE is provided).
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time and lift to 50 pounds individually.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
