Adecco US, Inc. Healthcare Accountant (Part time) in Atlanta, Georgia

Adecco is hiring immediately for an experienced PART-TIME Remote Healthcare Accountant with a local client in Atlanta, GA ! Apply now if you meet qualifications listed below:

· Contract Type: 3+ months

· Pay: $50.00 per hour

· Shift/Hours: 25 hours per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Healthcare Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and requirements.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

  • Assist with audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

  • Manage financial risk and ensure the financial stability of the organization.

  • Work closely with the executive team to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • CPA certification is a plus.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
