Executive Assistant to the CEO (25.00/Hr & 25 Hours Weekly)

Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing an active calendar of appointments.

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.

  • Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, clients, and others on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives.

  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.

  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.

  • Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Handle special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.

  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
