Adecco is looking to hire a Yard Operations Associate for a local warehouse in Aldie, VA ! This is for a contract-to-hire opportunity. As a Yard Operations Associate you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of yard activities including operating various types of equipment to load and unload products, managing inventory records, and executing shipping and receiving protocols. Responsibilities for the Yard Operations Associate job includes, but are not limited to:
· Operate various types of equipment to load and unlo ad products.
· Manage inventory records.
· Execute shipping and receiving protocols.
· Ensure safety practices are followed.
· Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the work area.
·
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years minimum work experience.
· Must have great attention to detail.
· Experience in operating heavy lifting equipment such as wheel loaders or straddle carriers.
· Forklift operation certification.
· Proven customer service skills.
· Warehouse and inventory management.
· Shipping & receiving.
· Rigging or Cribbing.
· Quality Control.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Perfect attendance is a MUST!
· Candidates must have own and reliable transportation.
· Schedule: Monday Through Friday- 7:00 am-5:00pm
Pay for this position is $18-$20/hr. depending on experience.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
