Position: MRI Charge Technologist
Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109
Employment Type: Full-Time Perm (M-T x12 W-R x8 No Friday No weekends)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRI Charge Technologist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the MRI department, ensuring high-quality imaging services, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the MRI department.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of imaging quality and safety.
Patient Care: Provide exceptional care and comfort to patients undergoing MRI procedures.
Equipment Management: Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of MRI equipment.
Staff Supervision: Supervise and provide guidance to MRI technologists and support staff.
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient scheduling to optimize department efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Certification: ARRT certification in MRI or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and performing MRI procedures.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience: Breast, prostae, recatl cance, abdomen, pelvis, neurological (brain & spine). Cardio & Active Implant not required but a bonus!
